Description

A perfect fall flavored smoothie. Healthy, creamy, vegan and oh so satisfying.  A little indulgence with zero guilt!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 frozen banana (sliced)
  • 2 TBS pumpkin puree
  • 2 TBS old fashioned oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into high powered blender and blend for at least 30 seconds or until smooth.
