A super easy and popular truffle that is always a winner!
Ingredients

- one package original Oreo’s, about 36 whole cookies
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups (16oz) semi-sweet chocolate (chips or baking bar)
Instructions
- Place whole Oreo cookies into a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. (Or place in large ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin).
- Reserve 1/4 cup of crumbs. Combine remaining crumbs with cream cheese and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Roll into tablespoon sized balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Freeze for 30 min.
- Melt chocolate slowly in the microwave (in 15 – 20 sec intervals) or over a double boiler, stirring frequently, until smooth. Dip frozen truffles into the melted chocolate and place back on the wax paper. Top with sprinkles or reserved cookie crumbs. Refrigerate or freeze 1 hour or until firm.
